The Human Resources (HR) Intern will support the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks, gaining valuable experience in recruitment, employee relation, training and development. This role is ideal for a recent graduate interested in pursuing in a career in HR. The intern will have the opportunity to work closely with HR professionals and contribute to the smooth running of HR functions within the organization.
Requirements:
- Recently completed a degree in Human Resources and Industrial Psychology.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Pont).
- Basic understanding of HR principles, labour laws, and employment regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Duties Include:
The candidate will provide the following duties to both the organization and its clients:
- Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms and managing incoming applications.
- Screen resumes, conducts initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR database.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling employee meetings, inbounding performance reviews and training sessions.
- Help manage employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR staff.
- Support the development and distribution of internal communications, such as newsletters and policy updates.
- Help create training materials, presentations, and other resources.
- Monitor and track employee participation in training programs and ensure compliance with training requirements.
- Assist with maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information, benefits and attendance.

Digital Marketing & Sales/Design Intern

The Digital Marketing & Sales/Design Intern will assist the marking & Sales team in creating and executive digital marketing & sales campaigns, as well as designing visual content for various platforms.
This role is perfect for a creative individual with a passion for digital media, graphic design, and marketing & sales.
The Intern will gain hands-on experience in both the strategic and creative aspect of digital marketing & sales while working in a collaborative environment.
Requirements:
- Recently completed a degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Strong creativity and an eye for detail in design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social medical management tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or similar.
Duties Include:
