REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12/ Matric certificate. No experience required. Knowledge: Registry and
records management, Batho Pele Principles. Skills: Computer literacy,
Customer Relations skills, Interpersonal relationship.
DUTIES : Render effective and efficient Registry Services. Opening of file according
approved records classification/File Plan. Process records for archiving and
disposal. Handle incoming and outgoing departmental correspondence.
