The RAF Internship Programme is for a period of 18–24 months. It is offered to unemployed graduates to give them workplace experience related to their qualifications across all business units.
The Graduate Development Programme offers opportunities for the development of young, high-potential individuals from diverse backgrounds for our future growth, including opportunities for relevant work experience that aligns with the graduates’ skill sets and identified talents.
Our Culture
Our people are our greatest assets. We
therefore, aim to recruit and develop
talented individuals to fulfil our mandate
while providing great and exciting
professional growth opportunities to
deserving candidates
RAF Core Values are the fundamental beliefs that represent the desired corporate culture to which everyone in the RAF family is supposed to subscribe. They are our guiding principles that help our team work together towards common goals. They assess how well the organization executes its mandate from staff to leadership levels, and service providers (who act on behalf of the RAF). Our goal is to recruit candidates whose values align with ours to improve organizational performance.
