The opportunity for a Personal Assistant has just become available at our Support Centre. We are looking for a resilient and efficient individual, with a high energy level and a compelling sense of urgency, to provide key administrative/office/HR support to the Chief Executive:HR. Our ideal candidate needs to be highly organized, able to multi-task and effectively manage, organise and influence the Chief Executive:HR’ calendar/diary. The successful candidate will also support the HR team with HR Generalist duties.

Qualifications
Essential:
A Grade 12 Certificate/MatricA relevant qualification e.g., Human Resources
Preferred:
A relevant qualification e.g., Secretarial/Personal Assistant/Office Administration would be beneficialKnowledge, Skills and Experience
KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of and proficiency in the latest Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Power Point Outlook) is an important requirementKnowledge of doing travelling bookings

Essential:
Experience in dealing with customer relations would be an advantageA minimum of 5 year’s relevant experience gained in a secretarial/PA position for a Chief ExecutiveExcellent language skills (verbal and written) in English, and ability to converse in a second official language would be an advantageSound knowledge and experience in managing an Executive’s diary is an important requirement
