Key Responsibilities
The Human Resources internship at UKZN offers a unique chance for interns to engage directly with HR processes and develop hands-on skills across multiple HR disciplines. Under the guidance of experienced HR professionals, interns will acquire skills in key areas, including:

- Talent and Performance Management: Exposure to talent management processes and performance evaluation, focusing on best practices for fostering a motivated and high-performing workforce.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A three-year degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Age: Must be under the age of 35.
- Nationality: Open to South African citizens only.
- Knowledge Base: An understanding of basic human resources theories and best practices is essential.
